Another #TipTuesday for you: I am never using those tubes of lash glue again. On a recommendation from a burly-Q friend, I picked up this Revlon Precision Lash Adhesive, which has a brush like a liquid eyeliner, vs that squirty tube that blorts out more glue than I need (I generally ended up dipping a toothpick into the glue blob and then spreading it on the lash). This was much easier to apply, and MUCH neater. I was worried that the amount of glue the brush put on the lashes wouldn’t be enough (it looked so thin), but it took less time to get tacky enough to apply, and they stayed on for 12 hours of Con chaos. This is my new favorite thing for my “eye moustaches” (as my boyfriend calls them), and I had to share because I know a lot of us get so frustrated by the silly things, but they really do make a difference in how your cosplay or costume photographs.
